With the increased life expectancy, all these previously rare processes have become more common, since a large number of women in our environment surpass the 80 years of age. That means that they live longer than 30 years without their own production of estrogen, which consequently means having many of the symptoms described above, as well as their very unfavorable consequences.
Besides the hygienic-dietary measures that are always advisable and beneficial, in many cases they are not enough to counteract the consequences of the lack of estrogens, being recommended to raise pharmacological treatments.
